One of our business units, PT. Great Giant Livestock (GGL) is cattle – fattening business whose feed lots are located within GGP’s plantation areas. GGL purchases domestic cattle and fattens them with pine meal (feed made out of pineapple peel) and other organic materials. GGL also processes pineapple peel, an abundant waste product that is difficult to dispose of, into pine meal for internal use and for export to overseas market, mainly Japan.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:

As part of our drive to become one of the leading players in the meat industry, we are now looking for a professional to join our team as a manager who is responsible for slaughter process. We are seeking a very special person to join our team. They should be a leading professional in the cattle slaughter and processing industry with appropriate education and demonstrable experience.

Requirements:

  • Male, max 40 years of age.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in similar cattle industry.
  • Good network with local slaughter house community locally.
  • Key demonstrable hands on managerial knowledge and working responsibility of animal reception, slaughter process, cut up, storage, chilling, freezing, further process, packaging, distribution and cool chain logistics is a must.
  • Proactive, driven and tough individual is needed for this role.

Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

Responsibilites:

  • Working with all business units to ensure timely and accurate performance results and key financial metrics and KPIs are analyzed.
  • Interacting proactively with sales and marketing team, business management, distributors and other finance accounting groups to provide value-added financial consultancy service to the management team.
  • Being a key member for various planning and reporting systems, developing and maintaining management reports including process improvement initiatives.
  • Providing commercial and financial operational support, demonstrating ability to influence operational management decision-making based on financial factors.
  • Ensuring policy and procedures, systems and business processes are adequate and continuously improved to support the high growth demand of the organization.
  • Supporting and assisting Finance Controller and participate in special projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or related field is a must.
  • Finance/Accounting qualification like CPA or ACCA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years working experience in multinational companies with demonstrated hands on experience in business operation support and financial planning and analytical functions.
  • Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiar with US GAAP
